Payments

CREDIT CARD:
You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Maestro credit cards. Your card will be charged when the order is completed.

KLARNA:
Pay in installments with Klarna. Just enter your card details and automatic payments will be made every 30 days.
You can use Klarna Pay Later for flexible payments, you can buy now and pay up to 30 days after delivery of your order, at Klarna.com or via the Klarna app. Find out more at Klarna.com. “To offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may at checkout transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and tailor those payment methods to your needs. Your transferred personal data is processed in line with Klarna’s Privacy Policy.” The amount will be charged upon completion of the order.

BANKTRANSFER:
Use bank transfer for orders over €1000. You will need to proceed with the transfer within 24 hours to ensure order confirmation, if payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.
Please note that the order quantity will not be reserved until payment and order confirmation are received.

Right of withdrawal

The User shall have the right to unconditional withdrawal from the Contract and subsequent refund, within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of receipt of the Product(s).

In case of withdrawal, write to info@landifactory.com communicating the intention to return the goods and the reason for the return.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you; they must be returned undamaged, not used or damaged.
F.lli Landi snc® will communicate to you, as soon as possible, instructions on how to return the goods.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

for only a part of the Product (e.g.: accessories, individual set components, etc…);
for Product not intact (except in cases of non-collection due to damaged packaging) and/or not in the original packaging and in any case not complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment).
Bulb returns will not be accepted if the packaging is opened and the product used.

F.lli Landi snc® will refund the full amount already paid by the User, net of shipping costs – if any – and reshipment in the shortest time possible and in any case within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of sending to F.lli Landi snc® of the Product or Products, net of any additional technical time imposed by the payment system chosen by the User. Reimbursement will be made to the same payment coordinates indicated in the Proposal, unless otherwise specified by the User accepted F.lli Landi snc® at its discretion.
