Shipping costs:

Shipping costs vary by destination and package size and will be calculated before finalizing the order. For orders over $200, shipping is free.

Mode of delivery:

Pickup at the offices of F.lli Landi snc located at Via G. Rossa, 5, 50023 Impruneta Florence. F.lli Landi snc® will notify the User of the availability of the Product(s) at its location, including the day and time of pickup.

Delivery by express courier. The goods will be delivered to the address that the User communicates when submitting the Proposal and/or registering on the Site. F.lli Landi snc® will undertake to ship via primary couriers of its choice the Product(s) indicated by the User in the Proposal in the countries for which the service is offered and will retain, at least until actual delivery, the shipping documents and/or tracking number to be made available to the User (so-called tracking number). Except for the application of promotions expressly and temporarily provided for in the purchase phase, transportation costs are the responsibility of the User and will be equal to the amount indicated in the Proposal. The Products always travel at the risk of the User-Purchaser, in accordance with Art. 1510 Civil Code, subject to the provisions of Section 1.2 below.

Upon receipt of the Product, the User should check the external appearance of the packaging. In the event of obvious and serious deformation or damage to the packaging itself beyond normal tolerability, the User must refuse the delivery – in all cases where this is possible – and give immediate notice of the refusal to F.lli Landi snc®, attaching to the notice all necessary photographs (which must obligatorily resume the packaging before opening). F.lli Landi snc® will, as soon as possible, replace the Product(s) or communicate the reasons for the denial. In any case, in the absence of a refusal to receive the goods – where possible – and/or acceptance, as well as immediate communication to F.lli Landi snc®, the Product shall be deemed to have been accepted without fail.

Delivery time:

WHEREAS, the delivery times indicated by F.lli Landi snc® are to be understood as purely indicative, without assumption of any commitment or guarantee of observance thereof on the part of F.lli Landi snc® and it will always remain the sole responsibility of the Courier to provide for their observance in accordance with the times and methods it deems appropriate.

If the purchased product is available, deliveries are made in about 4-5 business days, Monday through Friday and during business hours, excluding holidays.
If the purchased product is not available, or is made to order, the delivery time should include production time, estimated at about 20-30 days.

Orders placed between December 24 and January 1 may be slightly delayed.
